Restorerefine ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing exceptional lawn care services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Return Policy outlines our policies regarding service cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and satisfaction guarantees for our lawn care and greenery maintenance services.

Service Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours advance notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost. For ongoing service agreements, clients must provide 7 days written notice to cancel their recurring service plan. Partial refunds for pre-paid service packages will be calculated based on services already rendered.

Rescheduling Services

We understand that schedules can change. Clients may reschedule services at no additional charge with at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a rescheduling fee. We will work with clients to find alternative appointment times that accommodate their needs. Weather-related rescheduling is handled automatically at no charge, and we will contact clients to arrange a new service date.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Restorerefine stands behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return to address your concerns at no additional charge. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction after a reasonable attempt, we will provide a full refund for that specific service. This guarantee applies to workmanship issues and service quality, but does not cover matters beyond our reasonable control such as pre-existing plant health conditions or severe weather damage.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days using the original payment method. For service packages, refunds will be prorated based on services already completed. One-time service refunds are available when requested within 48 hours of service completion and when service quality issues cannot be resolved. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if services were completed as agreed and no quality concerns were raised within the specified timeframe.

Weather and Uncontrollable Circumstances

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to inclement weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, services will be rescheduled at no additional cost. No refunds will be provided for services that cannot be completed due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, but we will ensure services are completed as soon as conditions permit.

Property Access Issues

If our team arrives for a scheduled service and cannot access the property due to locked gates, missing keys, or other access restrictions, the service may be rescheduled with a fee. We recommend ensuring clear access instructions are provided and gates are unlocked on scheduled service days. Repeated access issues may result in service cancellation with appropriate refund or credit.

Damages and Liability

Restorerefine maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. If damage occurs to your property during service provision that is directly attributable to our negligence, we will arrange for appropriate repairs or compensation. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We are not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, hidden hazards, or client failure to disclose relevant property information.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage clients to review this policy periodically.
